Three programs, one art. Every student trains in authentic Shotokan Karate-Do, taught at the pace their age and stage calls for.
Thirty minutes, and not a minute longer. Little Dragons classes are built around what a three- or four-year-old can actually do: listen, wait their turn, follow two-step directions, and move with control.
The karate is real, but the goal at this age is the habit of training. Students bow in, line up, respond to their instructor, and leave having finished something.
This is where traditional Shotokan opens up. Students work through stances, blocks, strikes, kata and controlled partner work, moving through the belt ranks as they earn them.
Belt progression gives kids something most activities don't: a clear, visible standard they are measured against, and a reward that cannot be handed to them. Alongside the physical curriculum, every student follows the Bushido Elite character program.
A full hour of traditional training for teens and adults. Conditioning, technique, kata and practical self-defense, taught the way it was taught to our instructors.
Beginners are welcome on day one, and nobody is asked to keep up with a rank they haven't reached yet. If you last trained twenty years ago, or never have, you will not be the only one.
